Green Glasgow and a Mudslide

The day before Christmas we went for a walk to the Kelvingrove Park and it was green and mud-tastic. The grassy hill was breathtaking and we were pulled in it's direction. Soren and Jason made their way to the top and as I shouted "ready, steady, GO!" trouble, mud and laughs were already on their way. They raced down and hit a soggy part and although Soren was the muddy one he was such a good sport and was amused at his brown lot for the walk home.

Wow what a beautiful green! Soren is so sweet! And by the way thanks for your comment yesterday- sometimes I think I'm the only one who has a complex but happy marriage!

Michelle, You are so cute and I love your blog and how positive you are! I think Jason and Devon would really get along well too! To bad we aren't in the same neck of the woods.

and it reminds me of when i was in first grade..or kindergarten?...we went on a field trip to balboa park to see the animatronic dinosaur display at one of the museums, and right at lunch time a bunch of us took off to the playground. i remember it in slow-motion, too. mrs. ryswek (spelling???) was yelling "nooooooo! don't run!" but it was too late. the grassy ground was muddy and i slipped and fell. my whole side was covered in mud.

i was wearing my new pink party popple sweat suit.

But really--I slipped in the mud and got it all over (my back I think).
