The 4th of July in Glasgow

I love America! We're missing Jason today but still had a fun time with wonderful friends at a 4th of July party. Soren had had it by the end of the night with no nap to tide him over. We took the subway there and back and that was his first time riding it. He was so excited!

ps. I had red shoes on to complete my red, white and blue!

I can't believe how big Soren is! He looks so much like Jason. I showed Jackson the pictures and he was so excited. He keeps saying he wants to go play with Soren.

I am glad you could celebrate there. The photos of you and Soren are darling.

Look how cute you are! Looks like you had a good time-especially with red shoes, who can't have a good time with red shoes on! Again so very beautiful!!

Where are you? Atlanta's cooled off nicely and I'm thinking of you and Glasgow during this gloomy, cloudy day. Maybe we've exchanged climates? Hope you are fabulously happy.

It has been nice to be back int he US for Independence Day, although I feel more like an outsider for the first time. I flew in to Utah on July 3rd, and saw about a half dozen fireworks shows going on as we flew over the valley. They were really small from such a height, but it was cool to see how everyone was out celebrating.
